Sprayed Polyurethane Foam is widely used in film set construction due to the fantastically realistic effect it creates.

It is lightweight, fire retardant, paintable and re-workable. For a harder surface we can hard coat with sprayed Polyurea. This is also waterproof and used for the tanking of film sets where water is used. We can overspray Polystyrene with foam and resin to produce a finish which realistically mimics metal, stone, wood, tree bark and other natural surfaces.

 

Our portable spray units are used on location in addition to our larger, heavy-duty machines at our spray shop at our Cardiff base.
